Dear Worthy Brother Knights and Ladies,

We hope that you and your families had a wonderful Christmas and a Happy New Year! Welcome to the 2023 State Convention registration process.

The enclosed information package will help your Council to plan and ensure that you are represented at the Convention. This package includes:

1. Online Registration: All attendees are strongly encouraged to use the online registration system to avoid duplication of work and errors. It is secure, easy to use, and greatly streamlines the delegate registration process. The link will be on the State website at www.kofc.ab.ca.
2. Manual Registration Form: Please complete all required information as needed and applicable.
3. Convention Hotel Information: Please book as early as possible to ensure a room in the Convention hotel. Last day to Book: March 31, 2023. 
4. Saturday State Deputy’s Banquet: Formal Dinner attire please.
5. Please bring your new 4th Degree regalia only for processions.
6. Convention shirts must be ordered and pre-paid by online registration only.
7. Program for the Knights and Ladies will be attached in the package.
8. Kilometerage and per diem will be paid by the State Council on the last day.
9. No facility or program for the youth.
10. Breakfasts are not included in the registration fees. Attendees are responsible for their own breakfasts.
11. Tickets are mandatory for entry to all meals.
12. Registration, extra tickets and convention shirts must be paid prior to March 31, 2023.
